1. Annual Workshop (2009)

The background

The Daphne II - project WWP (Work with perpetrators of domestic violence in Europe) intended to lay the basis for a European-wide exchange of approved methods in the work with male perpetrators of domestic violence and to initiate an enduring discussion about standards in this work throughout Europe.

For this reason the eight project partners have conducted a survey of all programmes on work with perpetrators in the European Union. Furthermore WWP developed suggestions for aspects that have to be considered for standards in the work with perpetrators of domestic violence, and hints are given for documentation and evaluation.

After two years of work by a consortium of eight European partners the project presented its results to discuss with national and international experts.
